NOVA

Lucius Aven’s company. Tied to StarShift, the TELos operating environment, E-DEN compute systems and a vast share of the new infrastructure. Its working philosophy: technological progress should expand human capability. That is its tragic irony — NOVA genuinely expanded what civilisation can do, and at the same time reduced how much of it people need to do.

Public image

Progress, scale, calm confidence. The tallest building in the city: a stepped tower of bluish glass where the mark and wordmark glow softly from inside the glass — no protruding sign, no neon.

The mark

A single rising diagonal stroke that reads as a growth chart. The NOVA wordmark is thin and widely spaced, with a crossbar-less A. The older folded N-ribbon is retired.
