A solid ordinary build: not fat, not thin, not gym-built. Short dark hair, light stubble, calm movement and a restrained expression.

Wardrobe and props

A loose dark grey sweatshirt, wide grey-olive trousers, wheat-coloured work boots. Plain clothes help him blend into the street and not give away that he is a percent. A dark backpack and a mustard lunchbox: his wife packs his food.

Place in the world

Around his neck the same NOVA pendant Mark carries, with his own amber-orange robot on the screen. Nick does not want change, and Mark’s wish to actually work strikes him as odd.
